Over The Rainbow

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high
There is a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby
The night wind blows across gently
As I walk alone on the pathway
As if many times, we brushed past each other without realising
My tears drop like pearls on the floor
Whatever we say now is of no use
Our cries can only fly away like dust
I thought I could let go
And let the rainbow merge into a white hole
I can't No I can't Now we can only let go without knowing why
At the other end of the rainbow lies our dream land
We failed to cherish it and had to let it go
Now it may not mean much
But it'll continue to stay in my heart
Someday I'll wish upon a star
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney top
That's where you'll find me
